How to request a refund
Within 14 days of your purchase, email support@flowent.de (or anfrage@flowent.de) from the address you used at checkout and include your license code (the txn_… ID from your Paddle receipt or the success page). We process the refund through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
How long it takes
We aim to action refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once Paddle processes the refund, the amount is returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank it may take several business days to appear.
What happens to your license
After a refund, your license is revoked. The extension drops back to the free tier automatically on its next re-verification cycle (within ~6 hours), or immediately if you remove the license in Options.
Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — use the link in any Paddle invoice email or email us, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
Statutory rights
As a consumer in the EU you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content that begins immediately at your express request, the statutory withdrawal right can lapse — but our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
